Apple I-Phone 5 is one thing people are never getting tired asking about. Since the release of the Apple I-Phone 4, the Speculations regarding its successor have been hovering in the markets constantly. Everyone had been expecting the I-Phone 5 but instead the firm launched the upgrade to the I-Phone 4, the 4S. I-Phone 4S was a decent upgrade, infact, it was a great handset but the masses were left wanting as there had been no I-Phone 5. Let's stretch our imagination to take a look at the possible specs of the I-Phone 5.
Firstly, talking about the screen, Apple have been the best at it with the Retina display. Also, with the announcement of the new I-Pad, which has a monstrous pixel density with a resolution of 2048*1536 pixels, the hopes for the I-Phone 5 have certainly gone quite high. Also, it is expected that the latest I-Phone will have a much larger screen than the previous editions. The body of the set is also believed to be much different than its predecessors to accommodate the larger screen.
Coming to the hardware, there are high hopes for the processor to be used in the phone.Since, the dual core A5 was used in the I-Phone 4S, 5 is expected to be equipped with at least a quad-core processor. The latest processor from Apple being the A5X, an upgrade to the A5 chip, used in recently announced I-Pad 3. So, it is most likely that I-Phone 5 would experience yet another upgrade in terms of processor.
Now, talking about the software, every new release from Apple has resulted in a new and upgraded version of the iOS. So, the same is expected from the I-Phone 5 as well. Everyone is expecting an iOS 6 or a 5.5 at least in the I-Phone 5.
The camera on the I-phone 5 is expected to be more or less the same as that of the I-Phone 4S which had an 8 MP shutter at the back. There is not much change expected in the camera of the phone from its previous versions. Apple has been renowned to keep the camera of their phones on the simpler side rather than putting high-end stuff. Although, a minimum of 8 MP is expected from this set.
Now comes the biggest question of them all, when it is going to release. Well, nothing is precisely known at the moment about the release date. There are however a lot of speculations floating around about the same. According to one such rumour, it is believed that Apple will be announcing their latest I-Phone at the WDCC to be held in June. As all the I-phones get a Q3 release, this sets the dates perfectly for the Q3 release of I-phone 5 as well.
But all are just rumors until Apple themselves officially announce the new I-Phone 5 and confirm its release date. Until then, we can only speculate about it without any real agreement to anything. So, let's see when the company decides on unveiling their prized product.
