APPLE i-PHONE 4S is the successor to APPLE's best-selling APPLE i-PHONE 4. The phone can be simply called exquisite. APPLE have not tweaked with the design at all but upgraded the interior hardware and software in the phone.
i-Phone 3GS is the successor to the very interesting i-Phone 3G. APPLE have not given it a new design and continued with the same design for 3GS but have added some features in it making it score over 3G.
