NOKIA E6 is the sequel to their previous handset NOKIA E5. It looks a lot like its predecessor but there are some modifications that have taken place in E6. The most prominent being its capacitive touch screen display, which is a big improvement considering its predecessor.
Touch Screen is not the only modification that has taken place in this set, it is also accompanied with a higher resolution camera (8MP) as compared to E5(5 MP). The design of this handset is also very appealing and comfortable to the hands. Qwerty keypad and its design are the two features that have been carried forward from E5 to E6.
Talking more about the display, NOKIA have certainly done some work on the display. This handset enjoys a 640*480 pixel display as compared to 320*240 pixel display screen of E5. But since the screen is 2.5"(approx.), the screen looks a bit cramped.
Since E6 has touch display, it is provided with a modified OS in comparison to the Symbian 360 of its predecessor.This set consists of Symbian ANNA as its OS which is compatible with the touch screen provided in the phone.Although Anna (and Symbian itself) are on borrowed time following Nokia's commitment to Microsoft's Windows Phone 7, the OS still provides a decent user experience.
