By balance attempt, we mean that it is a nice blend of features with performance. And its a very tough combination in terms of cell phones. Samsung Galaxy Exhilarate comes with dual camera- front(1.3 MP) and rear (5 MP). Overall the specifications of this touch screen phone are pretty satisfying.
